the cleaning service somethimes looked like they did not cleaned nothing just organized the beds.

Staff were all lovely Dane keeping an eagle eye on them at all times. Location perfect rooms very comfortable with fantastic views. They sent bubbly and a card on our anniversary which we loved. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days.
Small Birds in the dining room would put me off returning unless they got rid of them.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and polite at all times. The setting of the hotel is fantastic, amazing Table Mountain view each morning. The room was comfortable, especially as we could leave the window open at night so did not need the air conditioning on. The choice for breakfast was wonderful and well,presented.
Breakfast outside was slightly spoilt by smokers.

Almost all staff excellent. Concierge on arrival very friendly and efficient. Waitress on evening meal on 29th excellent. Owen, our breakfast waiter for both days excellent. Reception very helpful with information.
Manageress called Patience on all occasions that we dealt with her was very offhand and dismissive. Tried to order a cooked breakfast from her on last day and she basically grunted. She did not take the order nor did she ask anyone else to. On asking Owen he handled it immediately and efficiently.

Hello,
we stayed 2 Nights at your nice Hotel. it was already our 2cnd stay and it was again perfect. we had a very nice welcome with megan, she was very friendly and helpful, she gave us a very nice room
